The facade is composed as a stack of clean, orthogonal volumes, where a dominant white massing creates a sculptural and minimalist identity. This primary form is punctuated by a vertical accent plane in a warm, rust-toned texture, adding depth, contrast, and a sense of visual anchoring to the elevation. A key design feature is the projected box frame balcony, which acts as both a shading device and a spatial extension of the interior. These framed projections introduce depth and hierarchy, breaking the monotony of the flat facade while enhancing the indoor-outdoor connection. The use of full-height glazing and light metal railings ensures visual permeability, allowing natural light to penetrate deep into the living spaces.
